OnTheGround, LLC ("OnTheGround") operates a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) application accessible at http://ontheground.com as well as a mobile application referred to as 'OnTheGround', 'OnTheGround Mobile', and/or 'OnTheGround for iPhone'. This policy covers all products and services offered by OnTheGround, and must be accepted and agreed upon prior to use. OnTheGround highly values your privacy and has implemented features to promote the confidential exchange of data and information between its users. OnTheGround collects information from its users throughout the use of all products and services for the purposes of personalizing their experience, improving the service, processing transactions, and facilitating communications between users. OnTheGround may use both session and persistent cookies to track usage and to remember users and their data. Any user may browse ontheground.com anonymously, although traffic data may be collected and used with third-party services such as Google Analytics and CloudFlare. OnTheGround never stores your credit card information in its database. All passwords are encrypted for your security.
OnTheGround will not sell your personal information to any third-party. Some of your personal information may be stored on remote servers that are not owned by OnTheGround, but no identifying information will be disclosed to any third-party except as required by law.
In accordance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act, OnTheGround will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent, and all registered users of ontheground.com may make any changes to their personal information at anytime by clicking their name in the top right corner of the application.
In accordance with the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act, OnTheGround is not directed at, and will not intentionally collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
OnTheGround reserves the right to change this policy at any time without notifying its users, although any changes will be reflected on this page.
